Six days shaped around light rather than around a checklist. Departures are timed to the golden hours at both ends of the day, vehicles carry beanbags and a guaranteed window seat for everyone, and the group is kept small so nobody is shooting over a shoulder. Deposits are generally refundable up to a defined point before travel, after which charges apply. Gorilla permits are the exception — the parks themselves do not refund them once issued.
